Iβm not an expert by any means and donβt know if you already tried it, but perhaps reducing the pumpkin puree down to a pumpkin butter and using it as a fat replacement (or half the fat replacement since butter is pretty important in blondies) you might get a less cakey result?? wishing u luck though I hope you crack the pumpkin blondie recipe bc sounds YUM!!!!
